Parent and child trays along with a large storage bin and 3-tier extended canopy with windows that peek out to maximize sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its flimsy design with hard plastic seats, and a design that seems dated. It's also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This makes it a poor option for parents looking for a budget option.
While it's not the most light double stroller, it has enough features that are worth considering. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with little effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the similar thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback, however; it's nearly at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not easy to push it while your legs are hanging like that. And the absence of padding doesn't make it any easier.
During our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. Close it is a little more difficult. You have to slide the slider, and then press the large white button. It can be quite frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but spacious storage basket. It can fit an enormous diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud has an adult and child tray with two cup holders each, but both are too narrow to hold larger cups or bottles.
